Few deaths in the US adult industry sparked as much controversy as Billy Glide's. Born July 25, 1970 in Los Angeles as Tad Douglas Nolen, the porn star (aliases: Billie Glide, Billy Glyde, Dennis Riker) shot since 1995 for nearly every major studio and earned a reputation for his imposing 1.88-meter frame plus his raw versatility on camera.
